Holy Days of Creation and Redemption
In Genesis, we read that “God created the heavens and the earth in six days and rested on the Seventh.” (Gen 2:1-2) While Governments and cultures from time to time have experimented with other schemes, seven days a week has stood the test of time. Our Lord’s week of Passion is also counted as the seven days we call “Holy Week.” Join us each Wednesday for meditation on our Lord’s Passion. For this Lenten season, we are using the letters to the churches in the book of Revelation, Chapters 2 and 3.
We welcome you each Wednesday for our Mid Week Lenten Services beginning with Ash Wednesday on March 5 and concluding on April 9. We will also have a Maundy Thursday (April 17) and Good Friday Service of Darkness (April 18) during Holy Week. All Services begin at 7:00pm. Join us at 6:00pm on Ash Wednesday and Maundy Thursday for our Lenten Soup Supper.
